Shipping policy

Processing Time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. 

Estimated Shipping Time: Currently 1-2 weeks, weekends are not included!

I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can not guarantee 100%. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Business Days: We operate Monday-Friday. We also DO NOT work on Holidays or weekends.

We ALWAYS send out a shipping number when your items have shipped. Please check your email or Paypal before sending us a message.

Check your address: If package is sent back it'll be at buyer expense to re-ship. If package is delivered to wrong house, it is buyers responsibility to track down package.

Lost/ Stolen Packages: 
FaithOverFear Tees, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered"  and is deemed lost by you, a claim needs to be filed with the post office. For other issues please contact your local post office.

Route Protection (Insurance)
We offer package insurance through Route. It’s pre selected in your cart and can easily be removed and unselected. 
Please be advised that by opting out of shipping insurance, FaithOverFear Tees, LLC is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items.
